DMCA POLICY – Claims Regarding Copyright Infringement

Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512), Sandhills Group Companies have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed infringements. If you believe in good faith there is content on a Sandhills website that violates United States copyright law, a copyright infringement notification can be submitted via email or post. Sandhills’ Copyright Infringement Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe in good faith material you posted to Sandhills’ site was not infringing and that a notice of copyright infringement has been improperly submitted against you, you can submit a counter-notice, pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
