Precision-machined, drop-forged, heat-treated Cr-Si-Mn-Mo SAE 4140 (42Cr, Mo4) steel eccentric shaft.
Spherical, self-aligning roller bearings, straight-bearings and tapered-bore body bronze bushings provide
maximum strength to the pitman eccentric shaft and bearings for a long extended maintenance life.
• Optimised speed and improved crushing chamber design provides high productivity with less wear on parts.
• Hydraulic crusher chamber adjustment system and overload protection
• Multiple crusher liner configuration from extra coarse to fine for secondary and tertiary crushing applications.
