Instead of replacing expensive shear hubs as with other machines the Krone Safecut hubs only need the replacement of four roll pins (less than $3.00 total) to reset hubs. Additionally, when Safecut hubs shear they automatically raise up and out of the way of the driven spinners isolating damage to a single hub.
