The 2021 XCMG CV83PDU is a heavy-duty, single-drum vibratory padfoot roller designed for soil compaction applications in road construction, site development, embankment work, landfills, dams, airports, and large-scale infrastructure projects. The CV83PDU has an operating weight of 19,246lbs. with smooth drum shell kit. This machine features a 66-inch vibrating single drum making it well suited for medium- and large-scale earthwork projects where productivity and maneuverability are equally important. Operator comfort and safety are enhanced through a spacious ROPS/FOPS-certified enclosed cab equipped with air conditioning, front and rear wipers, an air-suspension seat, ergonomic joystick controls, and a large LCD monitoring display. The machine also features LED work lights, backup alarms, automatic vibration control, anti-slip traction assistance, and comprehensive machine monitoring systems that improve productivity while reducing operator fatigue. Powered by a Cummins QSF3.8 Tier 4 Final diesel engine with 130 HP @ 2200 RPM., providing reliable performance and ample torque for demanding compaction applications. The engine is paired with a closed-loop hydrostatic drive system utilizing variable-displacement pumps and hydraulic motors, allowing smooth speed control, strong gradeability, and consistent traction across uneven terrain.
