It measure 6'X20' and is a 3 deck unit designed for maximum output. Features: • Terex ElJay 6' x 20' three deck horizontal TSV6203-38 screen including deck defectors. • Patented flex shaft v-belt screen drive • 40 hp electric motor. • 48" under-screen conveyor with 7.5 hp TEFC electric motor, class II gear box, vulcanized 3-ply belt with primary style belt wiper. Curved for maximum ground clearance. • Two 30" reversible cross conveyors with 7.5 hp (5.5 kw) TEFC electric motors, class II gear box, fully skirted with easy change cartridge style rubber skirt system, vulcanized 3-ply belt. • Roll-a-way heavy duty 3/8" AR 400 blending discharge chutes; 4-section (25%) blending gate system for all decks allows combining top deck to center deck, center deck to bottom deck, and bottom deck to fines. • Heavy I-beam semi-trailer chassis frame. Includes two axle suspension, eight tires, king pin, fail safe spring applied air brakes, brake directional signals and splash guards. • 23" wide diamond plate walkways with fixed handrails and (2) ladders with spring return safety gates. • Set of hydraulic leveling jacks and Honda power unit • 48" toll box with lockable hinge down door • Clamp bar stowage rack on walkway • Quick lube connections with flat face quick couplers on screen gear cases
