Reconditioned CAT 816F Landfill Compactor with WARRANTY INCLUDED featuring: • CAT 3176C Engine • Block Heater • Engine Turbine Pre-Cleaner • AMOCS Cooling System • Powershift Transmission • Cab (ROPS) w/ A/C • No Spin Front Differential • CAT Straight Landfill Blade • Front & Rear Striker Bars • CAT Plus Compaction Wheels • Inside & Outside Mounted Mirrors • Air Suspension Seat • Axle Seal Guards • Front Window Guard • Rated at 254 HP • Weight 52,500 LBS This 816F has been through our “Marcel Reconditioning Process":  The following repairs have been completed by Marcel Equipment: • Remove all panels and belly pans for complete machine cleaning. • Completed visual & operational inspections • Changed engine oil & filter • Filter was cut open & checked for contaminants - clean • Changed transmission oil & filter, filter cut open & checked – Filter clean – Trans leaking between sections. • Checked suction screens - Clean • Changed hydraulic filter, filter checked - filter clean - changed oil • Changed fuel filter • Checked Differential Oils - changed oils after repairs completed • Checked 4 wheel planetary oils - changed oils after repairs completed • Checked rear axle oscillation – Loose - Needs repair • Checked center articulation - good • Checked engine high & low idle • Checked torque converter stall speed • Checked all transmission pressures • Checked all hydraulic pressures Our Shop then Completed all Needed Mechanical repairs as follows: • Disassembled machine to complete all Needed repairs. • Disassembled Transmission, inspected and Resealed • Replaced Transmission mounts • Rebuilt Rear Axle oscillation • Cleaned Radiator, repaired seal leak, Replaced Rad Cap. • Replaced broken Cylinder head bolts • Completed Valve set and replaced Valve cover gaskets • Replaced rear main crankshaft seal • Rebuild hydraulic fan pump • Rebuild implement pump • Rebuild transmission pump • Rebuild steering pump • Rebuild fan motor • Installed rebuilt starter with gaskets and seals • Replaced drive shaft seal on drop box • Replaced starter cable • Replaced blade trunnion balls and caps • Replaced rear axle pinion and axle seal • Replaced front axle pinion seal • Replaced differential plugs • Replaced front blade cylinder mount bushings and hoses • Replaced fuel line from tank to pump • Cleaned fuel tank • Repaired any electrical switches and wiring • Checked Alternator • Load tested Batteries • Replaced Transmission speed sensors • Cleaned Park brake and replaced grease seal • Replaced steer cylinder lines • Repaired all grease lines • Replaced engine fan belt and tensioner • Replaced backup alarm • Checked and adjusted all system pressures • Repaired all oil leaks • Replaced all damaged or leaking hoses • Resealed brake valve • Removed Cab for Reconditioning • Replaced corroded panels with New metal • Rebuilt seat suspension • Replaced Cab cracked glass • Replaced damaged Cab insulation panels • Tightened Controls • Serviced A/C unit • Repaired and Fitted all Belly Pans • Repaired all sheet metal panels, steps, railings and grab handles • Reassembled machine • Complete machine has been Sandblasted, Primed, and Painted factory colors and New Decals applied. All needed Repairs and Servicing has been Completed and Machine is Work Ready.
