The 12.9 range of impact crushers comes with two feed options, the GCR 12.9 has a vibrating feeder and independent two deck scalper pre-screen, it is also available with a product screen and return conveyor to operate as a close circuit enabling the product to recycle until the product has reached its desired size. The GCS 12.9 is fitted with an apron feeder and pre-screen. The crusher rotor is 1300 mm in diameter, which guarantees excellent performance even in the hardest of material. The variable-geometry and fully hydraulic crushing chamber ensures quick and safe operation. The three circuit hydraulic system is supplied with load sensing pumps to provide high productivity and performance. The GCS 12.9 with the apron feeder ensures a consistent feed supply to the two deck pre-screen scalper without building up of sticky and clay type products that can be the case with vibrating feeders.
