OPS IQ Monitoring System with 1-Year Online Access:
- Provides easy monitoring of liner wear. The system records the crusher’s adjustment setting and displays the values on a digital interface. These values are logged to help plan and schedule the next liner change efficiently.
DETAILS:
- Bronze Eccentric Bushing: Oil-lubricated under pressure for extended service life.
- Spherical Bronze Bearings: Provide excellent shock resistance and prolonged life of the eccentric shaft and head, supported by continuous lubrication.
- Tapered Roller Bearings: Support the drive shaft with automatic grease feed.
- Hydraulic Adjustment System: Features a hydraulic motor for precise CSS adjustments. The upper liner support is raised or lowered hydraulically and automatically locked in place by cylinders. A digital display shows the machine opening and liner wear for simplified monitoring.
- Overload Protection: Hydraulic accumulator protects the crusher from uncrushable materials and overload conditions.
- Automatic Lubrication: Includes an oil cooler and heater, with continuous flow and pressure monitoring to protect critical components.
