The KRONE EasyCut TC 500 is a trailed center-pivot disc mower conditioner known for its robust construction, advanced cutterbar technology, and versatility in various field conditions.

Key Features & Technology
SmartCut Cutterbar: This system features increased blade overlap, which results in a cleaner, stripe-free cut, even in lighter crops. The fully welded, permanently lubricated design ensures long-term reliability.
SafeCut Hubs: Each cutting disc is individually protected by a roll pin that shears if the disc hits a foreign object. The disc then spins up and out of the way, preventing damage to neighboring discs and minimizing downtime.
DuoGrip Suspension: The cutterbar is suspended in its center of gravity and guided by two parallel steering rods, allowing for uniform ground pressure, optimal ground contouring, and less side pull.
Mid-mounted center-pivot drawbar that offers the choice between two main hitch attachment types:
2-Point Hitch: A Category II hitch that is quick-hitch adaptable. It utilizes a swivel-head gearbox to allow for tight 90° turns while maintaining a straight PTO shaft angle to reduce wear.
Drawbar Hitch: A standard pull-type hookup for simple tractor attachment
Conditioner Options: Multiple options are available, including steel v-tines, polyurethane intermeshing rollers, or steel chevron rollers. These options ensure optimal conditioning for a variety of crops, promoting faster and uniform wilting.
Optional Endwise Transport: For fields with narrow gates or for road travel, an optional feature allows the machine to fold into a narrow 9-foot transport position in just 30 seconds.
