2024 Metso LT200HPX Feeder Unit Feeding unit: Pre-screen Pre-screen stabilizes the crushing process between primary and secondary Lokotrack. Pre-screen feed system includes lifting conveyor, pre-screen and by-pass hopper. Side conveyor is offered as an option. Belt feeder option is available for LT220GP. Belt feeder transfers material directly to large feed hopper and into the crusher. Pre-screen increases Lokotrack output as small feed passes the crusher. Operator may choose to direct only top deck material feed to the crusher, or both top and second deck material flows to the crusher to improve the end-material quality. Metal detector Included Metal detector consists of 2 individual detector coils. Top coil is located above the conveyor belt and can be repositioned if necessary.
