    Description
    Here is a very good 22 HP 4x4 Kioti CK20S Diesel Loader Enclosed Cab Tractor. Only 334 Hours. Runs and operates great.  Differential Lock too for dual rear wheel locking axle for on-the-go traction when needed. 

A full recent service was done before coming into our service departmeint. This tractor was not due for a service yet. Our Service Dept. checked everything to be current, good along with a final inspection was done.

Has Heat for winter and this cab unit does have windows that pop out for summer use. It does not have an AC unit in it currently. A person could add a Red Dot air conditioning unit or they have some aftermarket 12V 12,000 BTU Cab units from overseas starting at $368 (see picture) that would probably last a couple seasons before replacing but we don't think it would be a 5-year AC unit depending on use. The CK20 current retail new with Cab, Air, Heat, & Loader is as high as $34,900 so if you ever add AC it should significantly increase the tractors value.

U.S. Delivery available from TN for just $.95-$1.20 mile one-way if over 500 miles. Local / regional delivery $1.5-$3.5 per mile one-way depending on location. 

IMPLEMENTS: We have new implements (and some used) including rotary cutter bush hogs, box blades, disc harrows, spreaders, post hole diggers and more. Backhoes start at $5,900 new for a 3-Point model PTO hydraulic pump driven. New trailers too from 10 ft.-22 ft..   

We will consider trades of tractors, construction equipment, dozers, skid loaders, utv's.

Financing is available for consumer / personal or business and farm equipment loans from 6.99% to 12.99% currently on good 660+ scores. This would be with standard 5 year terms often with no down payment. And up to 7 years depending on age of the equipment. Adding a down payment can sometimes help lower your interest rate even more. In some cases we can work with scores 600-659 at higher rates. New equipment rates start as low as 0%.
