Its three side discharge conveyors, product conveyor, and feed hopper are designed for use with other Lokotrack crushing and screening plants. The DS series triple-deck dual-slope high-performance screen in the ST620 is designed for maximum throughput in mobile plants. The large surface area on all screen decks and a steeper incline at the feed point are the distinguishing features of the ST620 and guarantee optimal results. The accuracy of the screening is achieved through the reduced slope of the screen at the end. The hydraulically driven screen can be equipped with a variety of screen media and thus adapted to the respective separation levels and requirements. The market-leading IC300™ process control system with diagnostics, standard equipment on the ST620, fully automatically controls all functions of the mobile screen. Screen speed and amplitude are constantly monitored and adjusted in relation to the conveyor belt loads. This ensures consistently high production output and exceptionally clean screening of the end products.
