Description
CAT Engine inspection done in April. All filters changed. All new fuel, oil, and coolant added. Fully greased. Hoses, clamps, and rub points inspected, no leaks. Alternator wiring checked, and in good shape. Alternator and AC belt in good shape. Brake air lines cleaned out.
Oil analysis came back with positive results. No action required.
24” Steel plate hopper extension added.
Fitted with new 1/2” Screens. Extra used set of 3/4” screens come with the unit.
$19,000 in new part replacements done in July.
New brush. New brush bearings. New fines conveyor tail pulley bearings. New trommel drum wheels (4). All new wheel bearings. New trommel drum thrust wheel.
