Just in a very good Bobcat 331 Enclosed Cab Excavator. Pre-emission 40 HP Kubota Diesel 2,764 Hours and 7,185 lbs.. This 331 excavator is in excellent mechanical condition and ready to go to work. It’s a very tight machine with no issues and has been well maintained as shown . We can do a video of it all operating very good if you are a ways away, out of state or having this delivered. Enclosed cab and all ready to keep you comfy warm and toasty in winter and for summer the windows open. To add air air they do make Red Dot air units which would run with installation probably over $2,000 but if you did it yourself you might be able to buy just a new unit in the $1,500 range. And they are now making some new AC air units overseas that run under $400 complete. These units usually mount to the rooftop or some can be side mounted or behind the engine. We imagine they may last for a season or two depending on use before needing replacement but probably not a long-term unit compared to the reliability of a Red Dot U.S. made unit.
