ENGINE RUNS GOOD, TURBO HOUSING IS BROKEN AND NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED/REPLACED, SEE VIDEO. OTHERWISE ENGINE RUNS GOOD, NO SMOKE OR BLOWBY OBSERVED DURING COLD TEST RUN, 40 PSI OIL PRESSURE.
