Normal Duty Screen - Base Unit (Adjustable Oval Stroke): Premium A572 Grade 50 Steel Side Plates as Standard Heavy Duty Plate Steel Construction with Full Height Reinforcement at the Vibrator, Stiffeners Top and Bottom, and Laterally Along Each Deck. Access Holes with Covers Along Middle and Bottom Decks to Assist with Screen Media Replacement. Deck Frames Standard with a Single Crown for Side Tensioned Media Including Clamp Rails and Tension Bolts, Providing 6' x 20'-120 sq. Feet of Screening Area per Deck. Bolt-on 24” Feed Box Standard with 1/4” ARS Liner Discharge Lips for each Deck 6” Standard with 1/4” ARS Liners Triple Shaft Mechanism with an Aggressive Oval Stroke and Optimum Adjustability. Forged Steel Gears, Machined with Precision, Mounted on High Strength Spindles with Oil Lubricated Spherical Roller Bearings. Bolted Spring Mounts with Coil Spring Suspension and Maintenance Free Snubbers. Provisions for Easy Access when Replacement is Necessary. Right Hand Drive Standard with Motor Mount and Belt Guard.
